Personal injury claims, handled with care
We act for clients in personal injury claims, guiding each case through the Injuries Resolution Board process and court proceedings where needed. By law, solicitors cannot charge a percentage of your compensation - our fees are explained clearly in writing before any work begins.

We handle your claim while you recover
Dealing with an injury claim can be overwhelming when you're trying to get better. We take care of the legal work and guide your claim through each stage so you can focus on recovery.
We know personal injury claims
Our firm has been acting for clients since 1989, and we understand exactly what's needed to prepare a strong injury case.
We protect your right to claim
There's a strict 2-year deadline for injury claims. We make sure your claim is filed in time and all deadlines are met.
Fees explained before work begins
Section 149 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 prohibits solicitors from charging personal injury fees as a percentage of your compensation. We set out our fees clearly in writing before any work begins.

How we handle your injury claim
Everything needed to prepare your claim and guide it through the process.
We assess if you have a claim
We review your situation, tell you honestly whether you have a valid claim, and explain the process and what to expect.
Getting medical evidence
We arrange for medical experts to assess your injuries and provide detailed reports that support your compensation claim.
Submitting your claim
We prepare and submit your claim to the Injuries Resolution Board (formerly PIAB) with all the supporting evidence within the legal deadline.
If your case goes to court
If the Injuries Resolution Board process doesn't resolve your claim, we represent you in court proceedings and advise you at every stage.
Any type of injury
We act in claims arising from road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, slips and falls, and medical negligence. Medical negligence claims follow a different route and don't go through the Injuries Resolution Board - we'll explain the process that applies to your case.
Who runs your claim, and who holds your money
Two questions worth putting to any firm before you sign anything: which named person will actually work on the file, and what happens to your compensation on the day it comes in.
A solicitor with nine years' experience
Marusia Geampana, one of our solicitors, has more than nine years' experience across personal injury and medical negligence, alongside commercial litigation and employment law. That range matters: medical negligence claims are excluded from the Injuries Resolution Board process and follow a different route entirely.
Only solicitors handle client money
When a claim settles, the compensation is paid to your solicitor before it reaches you. At this firm only solicitors handle client money. Day-to-day work on a file may be done by qualified staff under solicitor supervision, but anything touching your funds goes through a solicitor.
